ASBC Campaigns
The American Sustainable Business Council ASBC seeks to influence the public policy process at the federal and state level. We are tapping the collective strength of our partners to introduce new ideas into the policy arena as well as lobby for existing proposals.
ASBC is active in a range of issues, including: financial reform, health care, chemical safety policy, climate change, broad-based economic development, and business taxes. We believe that economic prosperity does not have to realized at the expense of society or environment. We use a range of strategies and tactics, including letter writing, e-mail, legislative testimony and educational seminars to identify and advocate policies that support a vibrant, just and sustainable economy.
