David Segall
Vice President of Policy and Municipalities, Recycle Track Systems

David Segall is Vice President of Policy and Municipalities for Recycle Track Systems (RTS), where he oversees RTS’ work to bring data- and sustainability-driven recycling and waste management solutions to cities, towns, and other public sector clients across the country.  David has over 12 years of experience in international and domestic political advocacy promoting social, human, and environmental rights. He has worked for Human Rights Watch, the United Nations, and the Center for Business and Human Rights at New York University, where he still teaches.
